totally, feel free, as long as language isnt horrid it doesnt matter. if the gsa wants their own group i can do that too. just tell me where to put it.

im gussing you mean a new topic. you do this by selecting the new topic option at the top of the page. you go into the magor topic you want it under. your topic should be shown at the top. since it is new.
